What we collect, what we don't.

FPWS collects only what we need to operate the website and deliver client engagements. On fpws.dev, that means visitor analytics (anonymized via Vercel Analytics, no cookies), session recordings via Microsoft Clarity (consent-gated, IP truncated), and the contents of any form submission you choose to send us.

For client engagements, we collect what you share with us as part of the work: contact details, project briefs, brand assets, access credentials to systems we are asked to operate, and any analytics or business data you authorize us to read.

Visitor analytics are used to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share visitor analytics with third parties beyond the platforms that collect them on our behalf.

Client data is used solely to perform the engagement we agreed to. We do not use client data to train models, populate other clients' work, or for any purpose outside the scope of our written agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or share contact information collected through this site.

We do not enroll form submitters into automated marketing sequences. If you submit a contact form and we are not the right fit, you will get one written reply and no follow-up.

We do not embed third-party tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, X Pixel, etc.) on this site.

fpws.dev uses no first-party cookies for marketing or analytics. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. Microsoft Clarity uses local storage to deduplicate sessions, and the script only loads after explicit consent.

If you are a returning visitor, we may use sessionStorage to skip the loading sequence on subsequent visits in the same browser session. That data is removed automatically when you close the browser.

Site infrastructure runs on Vercel (United States and global edge). Form submissions are routed through Resend, also in the United States. Microsoft Clarity is hosted by Microsoft in the United States. Both Vercel and Microsoft offer EU data residency options on request.

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data rights, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email hello@fpws.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

If you submitted a contact form and want it deleted, just reply to the response thread and ask. We will purge the record within 7 days.

Site traffic is HTTPS only with HSTS preload. Form submissions transit TLS 1.3. We do not store submitted contact details longer than is needed to respond and follow up on a discovery call.

For client engagements, credentials are stored in 1Password vaults shared per-engagement and rotated at handoff. We do not store credentials in chat tools or email.

FPWS does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The services we sell are B2B and not directed at minors.

We will note any material change to this policy at the top of the page with the new effective date. If a change is material and we have a way to reach you (because you submitted a form or are an active client), we will email you.
